Last time I called after 2100 PDT (when they previously closed), I asked, and was told it was currently 0600-0300 Eastern, with plans to become 24 hours.

It's possible I'm drastically misremembering the opening time, or it improved to 0500.

But I think the OP here is incorrect with PDT. They basically made the YUL people come in a bit earlier, and kept the YVR people around until midnight.

I will say this is one of the biggest improvements Aeroplan has made in recent history. Being closed for 7 hours was insane if you were trying to reach them from another continent. Not being 24 is still unpleasant, but at least I can now come home from dinner and call them.
