Has anybody confirmed what "authorized agencies" mean in the campaign terms? If any IATA-authorized agency can be used to buy tickets then we could shave probably hundreds of euros from total costs through OTA discounts, but I'm not sure how to contact TK to verify it's acceptable. Their chatbot failed to answer this question, and the only other way to contact them I could find is a general support phone number, through which it likely would be a pain to get anybody competent or knowledgable enough to provide this information.
I can't think what it could mean apart from IATA-authorised. If they were making up their own list then surely they would link to it?
I'd appreciate you posting if you do manage to get official confirmation, though. I booked through trip.com due to a combination of,
a) price
b) a bug on the TK website where I couldn't proceed with my booking because it didn't recognise my phone number.
