There are two sets of stairs - one shown on the pic, next to the kiosk, and then a small set of shallow stairs (you can also use former road, now closed, as a ramp instead of them). Distance-wise it's well below one minute from the bus stop. If you're coming from Besiktas, that's a different story of course, but I wouldn't recommend that to anyone who has trouble walking.
