That’s what I thought too; I have never seen an AA rep walking around in LHR T5. But some of the posts reference exactly that, so I’m wondering if the T3-T5 connection can work end to end with FSS if there is recent experience.
I had an agent escort me up to the T5 connections fast track security earlier this year on a very tight connection just to make sure I didn’t get hit with the T5 conformance issue / miss my connection. Otherwise, it is just a drop off at flight connections ground level or pick-up at the T5 gate. Is there something that you’d specifically need? If so, probably best to email the Five Star team.
