I have always had great experiences at SMF, but until last week those were all as an Exec Elite.
Last week was my first as an Emerald Aisle renter. I arrived late-ish after 10pm, and not much on the Emerald Aisle. I went to the attendant and he said to take the Durango or Pathfinder in Exec Aisle (I needed SUV to fit my large bike box and suitcase).
Returning vehicle, I asked for something that had always been offered, a drive to the terminal so I did not have to lug bike box and large luggage on bus, and no problem again.
For me at least, this is typical service over 6+ rentals past 3 years (though this was my first as a lowly emerald aisle renter)
