How would lawyers get around the binding arbitration agreement we all agree to when renting. It specifically says you can't sue them in a class action. I studied the language briefly when I was aggravated by being denied my free AAA driver (see my thread somewhere here).
It basically said you can only use them in small claims court otherwise you agree to the arbitration process. You initiate that by writing them and first there's a 30 day period where they will talk to you via phone call or teleconference to try to settle the matter before arbitration.
