I think we will see opportunities ahead as travel has declined in the US substantially in the many billions
due to the new administration policies and the air of uncertainty generally with the economy deportation etc.
In Las Vegas we have seen a decline of somewhere between 4% and 9% declines in incoming leisure travel year to date.
In my perception I think the worst is yet to come sadly with the upside for leisure travelers likely seeing
lower room rates and greater promotions in hotel and airline guest programs in the months/years
ahead shy of a miracle turn around.
