Ah, that makes sense. I didn't realize that JGC went up to Emerald level, I had thought it was only Sapphire. It does explain why the OKA domestic F lounge (Diamond Lounge) was rammed last time I was there. I ended up leaving and going to the Sakura lounge it was so bad, so the staff came soon after, very apologetic and brought us some boxes of stuff from the F lounge, was a nice gesture. Living in Japan and having to deal with so many credit card elites, I hate that program with a passion. It also probably explains why JLs (and NH's for that matter) international lounges are so incredibly underwhelming. They just have way too many people eligible to use them.
