Staying here for the Osaka portion of my Japan trip.

Question is what time should I be trying to get out of the hotel by to get to the airport on time?

I have a 6:45am flight from KIX to Haneda before then flying to Paris. Flying JAL business class on both legs.

Im getting conflicting info on whether the trains run that early and if I get any kind of expedited security at KIX.
