BA484 [LHR-BCN] band 2, 07:40 departure, and 6 full rows of CE. The meal choices were Full 'British', mushroom quiche or the smoked salmon. I had the salmon, which I think is a good sized portion. Needless to say, with only three loaded, they ran out at row 1!
