AGHZ says the hotel will (soft?) open in October. Unusual for an Unbound, rooms feature a kitchen. Suites will even have a full oven and a washing machine. The only comparable Unbound I'm aware of would be Dusseldorf.
The reason why the Kennedy 89 is equipped with kitchens is due to a change in business model: The initial plan called for serviced apartments rather than a full-service hotel.
From what I can see, it is not yet bookable on Hyatt`s web site but AGHZ is usually reliable as a source.
