JFK-LHR 30/6. An unexpected upgrade for Mrs Salad and me from J on a completely full flight. Everyone else went straight to sleep, so we were the only two enjoying the service. Oh the joys of leisure travel. The CC opened a bottle of Veuve Cliquot for me which I did my best to consume as it was wonderful!

They were not bad though you obviously can’t fry anything so they were warmed and not as good.

Very nice.
