I needed to speak with Amex about something unrelated to tier points, however I also noticed the enrol for tier points again. I did the same and clicked it it said thanks for enrolling for tier points, when I had dealt with my original issue they confirmed that I had register on the 18th and the 4th July. I asked about the Spend tracker and they were sure it would be going live from the 14th. I don't hold much hope but we can only wait and see.
