I have just finished online chat with Amex for our 2 separate cards and got 2 different answers
1 First card has some spend on it - Amex agent said passed to the relevant team for investigation and gave reference number. Expects 7 to 10 day turn around and keep checking. ASked if the spend would be counted but that hasn't been answered.
2 Other main card with no spend - Amex agent said they could see it was registered on 18th when promotion went live.
Will update when I find out the answer.
Suggest as many of us contact Amex if we have time even if it is just to register the problem is seemingly wide spread
I enrolled at the beginning, then tried again as it had the option a couple of weeks ago and it said I'd already enrolled. Offer was there again just now and I clicked through and got the Thanks for Enrolling message...
Guess I'll speak to AMEX.
