Service BR; F&B BR; Seat equal (CX better bedding); Lounge CX; Inflight Entertainment CX (BR is miserable).
All in all, it depends on the HKG-SIN sector; if you get a regional CX plane then definitely BR. I'm fairly certain BR operates its long-haul 77W to SIN.
Pro tip: Check Google Flights to see if the second sector offers a "fully flat" seat.
