Lol, it is not the choo choo train slot machine, it is called railroad riches made by Sega Sammy (related to the old sega company that made video games in the 80s and 90s, including the famous sega game sonic the hedgehog). The four railroad riches on the way to food hall are probably the most popular slots in Rio and made the most noise in that vicinity, they actually have four more railroad riches machines in Rio by the Indian restaurant, but those are less played and relative more quiet (less bonus)
