Croatia is in Schengen so in theory should be stamping in and out everywhere.

Bosnia and Serbia stamped me in and out (at airports).

NMacedonia stamped me in at SKP but just glanced at the photo page when departing overland. The bus conductor then collected everyone's passports and took them to the Albania office on his own. We reboarded the bus and then the conductor just handed all the passports to the passenger at the front while the bus drove off.
