I'm flying next month with wife and 2 kids (age 5 and 1). I assumed I could book all 4 seats in the center section and put a car seat in one of the middle seats for the baby, but the United website states that car seats should be in a window seat, so now im not so sure if I will get hassled about this.

Does anyone have have definitive knowledge if this arrangement will be allowed on this aircraft?
