Whatever the specific offer is determines the limit. For example my GGR offer is limited to $2k. So I don’t need to find creative ways to spend more than $2k a month in GGR. Obviously the 3% and 5% categories are limited to $10k/yr in spend. I’ve never gotten an open ended offer for this card, have you?
