So I was credited 500 TPs on the day and my wife (Separate card account) wasn't. Needs 300 TPs for gold. She chased with BA chat - they said they'd look into it and have just come back saying "data protection deal with them directly" - I assume "them" in this case is Amex. Despite the email about the 500 TPs coming from BA and that "we’re awarding you 500 extra tier points"
Has anyone had any luck chasing these TPs yet?
