from 5.5hours transit time you get a food voucher to use at the airport food courts. that can bring some variety to the IST lounge food. Anyway I try to keep my connections in IST short (to just have a coffee or a few pide - or long enough to head into town which is definitely more fun (put the carryon bags into the lockers in the lounge and leave the airport for a couple of hours).
