A data point: the Quest card rideshare credit appears to work for international Uber rides (at least one in Germany, in this case).

Handy since the 4 () other cards I have that give various forms of monthly rideshare credits are all limited to the US. (Amex Gold, Platinum, Delta Platinum, and CSR.)
