I can't remember the exact amount but it was peanuts compared to TK's own award tickets. It's possible but most likely, as in my case, a very competent sales office agent can issue it. Forget about online or CC. Another thought that comes to mind is that TK and AC have plenty codeshares maybe that's the reason it was available in the first place as opposed to LH or LX.
