Actually, what I received was a little different.
I did not have the closing days on my email:
« Dear Valued Guest,
Thank you for choosing our property and for the trust you have placed in us.
We wish to inform you that our hotel will be temporarily closed for a full renovation, aimed at enhancing the quality of your future experience. As a result, we unfortunately have to cancel all reservations affected by this closure period, including yours.
Please find attached the official statement providing more details about this decision.
If you wish to postpone your stay, we would be delighted to welcome you at a later date, up until March 2027, honoring the same rates and conditions as your original booking.
Should you prefer to maintain your original travel dates, we can connect you with one of our partner hotels in Bora Bora.
