Here are two menus for you:

BA 292 which is the A380 from IAD to LHR. Did not eat (ate at the lounge) and slept a solid 6 hours. Late june flight.




BA 291 which is the 787-8 from LHR to IAD. I did partake and enjoyed all three courses plus the pre-arrival quite a lot. Weakest was the pasta (a tiny bit dry but that is the risk with pasta). But all three were very good. July 1 flight.
