Today at LAS when doing our passport check ahead of flying to LHR the check-in agent was adamant we needed to show our e-mail confirmations that we both had ETAs. Trying to explain that it was tied to the passport was futile. One agent saw my British passport and said “Oh you’re dual” and that was enough. My wife doesn’t have dual citizenship but they didn’t seem to care (or ask) at that point.
