Oops, forgot FHR rate excludes destination fees, Hyatt includes them. So above is invalid, except that if FHR is double counting destination fees in its rate, then it’s a bit careless of them.

and a couple of other data points: the Prive rate for PHNY is the standard rate that night, but at the Beekman it’s $424/$447 (nonrefundable/refundable)
