I concur 100% about all your comments. My wife and i called it "laid back luxury"
Regarding your OWV... What was your opinion of the ladder to get out of the water and back to your deck? I found it to be a bit steep and the rungs narrow and uncomfortable to stand on. We were in 218 and it appeared that all the other Villas around us had the same type except for one.
Other than that little quibble, we had an excellent time as well.
