I can confirm this from today's flight. Also the "Save Boarding Pass as PDF" option below the preview didn't work for me at all, neither through app nor website.
The only way I managed to get a BP with a barcode on was to choose the 'Print BP' option, save to PDF and download to my phone. Can't get a mobile BP in the app, will keep trying... flight is tomorrow evening so maybe it will work tomorrow.
