Based on my last BAH, the Avios and bonus nTPs (only) posted a few days after each leg. The nTPs for my share of the holiday cost posted about a week after the return leg. The other person on my booking still hasn't had their holiday cost nTPs.
Taking your example, irrespective of when the points post they will be backdated to the relevant dates of travel.
