I had my third stay here and generally remain with positive views towards this property. Here are my impressions and photos:

Pros:

• Like every other stay before, I was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, which is a full suite
• Bed is generally comfortable - medium slightly firm mattress, covers are fine thickness for climate, pillows are plush
• Shower pressure is good
• Couch is comfortable
• I still like the club lounge for afternoon tea - great scones - and I like the table service
• I enjoy restaurant breakfast (welcome gift choice) - it’s much better than the Renaissance at least - I really liked my fresh dosa and my omelet was good, too
• While I wasn’t given 8 PM like last year, I was offered 5 PM late checkout for my 11 PM flight

Neutral:

• I would agree that the evening lounge food is not the most inspiring - they really should improve their chips
• AC resets after you leave the room and needs to be turned down each time you enter

Cons:

• They need to clean underneath the bathroom sink knobs
