I managed to get F availability for 2 in F LHR-MIA / BOS-LHR fairly recently. I did book them less than a month after release of the return flight which will have helped. However, based on the changes to "the Club" and anecdotally based on comments on here, a lot of people are burning their Avios which may be eating into availability.
