Perhaps they should take note from their friendly neighbour the recent OW joiner how to properly do a local tasting/set menu onboard, see sample menu below which looks very promising esp the Omani set menu. I’d take that anytime over a hockey puck tenderloin or rubbery lobster thermidor, always thought QR could do something similar like a unique Qatari set menu. I think Saudia did something very similar too.
