On my last trip to Japan, I waited until very late and IN never opened for my dates from any of the East Coast hubs. {I have a PRO sub to seats.aero so I get IN/PZ alerts for all of the East Coast hubs.} Also, none of us got a PlusPoints UG from P+. Some people like P+ but not me-it sucks! So, if I try to wait for IN to show up, at most I'll save 50K miles from the East Coast (IN to JP is almost always 100k from there). I'd much rather have the bird in hand than take the poor chance of a PlusPoints UG, or for IN to open. My PlusPoints will be going in the toilet at the end of the year once again.
