I’m sure that they have the full ensemble. The flatware / glassware can come in from LHR and get washed (same with the linen), the metal tray stays on the plane and AA’s CLT caterer can probably make the soup. We flew the 77W from CDG last year in F and everything was loaded.
To say nothing of the ability of FedEx to ship a box of F glassware and linen to CLT.
Now, whether AA cAAres enough to put a decent soft product on all "true F" routes... well....
