Adding a data point here. Bought a gift card online for Cafe Fili in DC. Didn't get a Resy credit. The charge showed up as TST* CAFE FILI 00016BALTIMORE MD . Turns out there is a Cafe Fili branch in Baltimore as well. Perhaps they routed the online GC purchase through the Baltimore branch (not listed on Resy) instead of the DC branch (which is listed on Resy). Oh well.
