While not a non-stop, the route I would try for would be JFK-LHR-FCO with JFK-LHR on Virgin Upper Class, and LHR-FCO on Alitalia Business. It can be had for the same 100K miles.

Upper Class award availability is often quite good (better than CO), and you should enjoy the service.
