But genuine question for those that know the state of Qatar better than me…is there anything about the mezze that QR serves (which ofc is Levantine of origin), or the ful (which is Egyptian) that makes it distinctly Qatari? The mezze ex-doh, while delish and innovative, doesn’t strike me as distinctly Qatari…
