i see that now. nv realised because my account only have the CSR. in any case, i find that it abit disingenuous because the t&cs mentioned "automatically .... through Chase Travel". as far as most people are concerned, there is only 1 Chase Travel portal and chase has never really made any distinction and indication that there is chase travel and sapphire portal.
choosing the "portal" make sense in terms of allowing chase to display the right offers, such as the 1.5cpp for csr, 1.25cpp for csp, and there maybe even different pricing, discounts, availability, etc. but how does it matter in terms of credit redemption? chase knows what card i used. if i used ink, give me ink benefits; if i used CSR, give me CSR benefits. it's as simple as that
