Wasn't sure where to land this post, but the 787 thread seemed as good as any without starting a new one. Mods move as you see fit!

The FA union for AS (AFA) was sharing in their latest update that AS has given notice that they are opening a 787 base at SEA. The CBA allows existing bases and hubs to be used as bases for the other airline (HA or AS). The post noted that until there is a Joint CBA covering both airlines, HA crews will only work widebodies. The pilots union has this flow chart below which has the JCBA being needed prior to the single operating certificate. Their union page has no new updates yet.
