Wasn't sure where to land this post, but the 787 thread seemed as good as any without starting a new one. Mods move as you see fit!
The FA union for AS (AFA) was sharing in their latest update that AS has given notice that they are opening a 787 base at SEA. The CBA allows existing bases and hubs to be used as bases for the other airline (HA or AS). The post noted that until there is a Joint CBA covering both airlines, HA crews will only work widebodies. Once there is a JCBA and crew can be crosstrained, then crews can be shared. AFA negotiation updates are located here:

The pilots union has this flow chart below which has the JCBA being needed prior to the single operating certificate. Their union page has no new updates yet.
