Gotcha. It's interesting seeing Int'l F on a pmUS route. Do you know if F on that specific route gets all the F meal standards, including soup, sundae goblet, and the big white linen tablecloth? Not sure if CLT catering has the supplies needed for Int'l F.
I’m sure that they have the full ensemble. The flatware / glassware can come in from LHR and get washed (same with the linen), the metal tray stays on the plane and AA’s CLT caterer can probably make the soup. We flew the 77W from CDG last year in F and everything was loaded.
