Accor Plus country has to do with what country you were in (or VPN'd) for signing up. I had my country listed as USA but signed up in Malaysia and got the Malaysia vouchers. Sadly I didn't even know about the vouchers until I left Malaysia as I think they have the best ones (a 2x1 night stay is pretty decent as well as upgrades and some specials).
Anyone have data points of being able to change the voucher country? As bad as their IT is, I don't see how this would work as you get a set and unless you didn't use any of them, how would they track the changes as you map to another country?
