This would be a great perk to me too because I often like to eat at popular restaurants that are hard to get into. But I've had the CSR since it launched and Amex Platinum since before they acquired Resy, and not one single time have I gotten into a restaurant because of one of these supposed exclusive tables. I almost never see them surface at all, and when they do, there have always been non-exclusive tables available on the same day not too far from the same time. Maybe I just have bad luck, or it's very regional (though I have tried it in NYC and LA), but for someone who should be directly in the target market for this, I've found zero real world value from it.
