Tagging onto this thread for a similar issue:

How to book an award for a child independently since the system won’t allow me to book it when not attached to an adult reservation.

Booking in question is JL+AA. Adult booking is confirmed but JL is playing games releasing one seat at a time only.

Can I put it on hold and call in to request a name change? (This is what I have done just now)

Can I put it on hold with the wrong birthday and then call to request a change?

Or will they tell me to pound sand and cancel and rebook? I’m not sure if the space will go back into inventory
