I’ve SDCed a J FP which had similar restrictions to what you’ve referenced. I actually originally tried to make the change in the FP app (as they tell you to do), but it kept erroring out at the final stage of the change. I ended up calling a concierge to change the flight for me, and only realized when I got the email confirmation that they actually processed it as a SDC (which I didn’t think was available for my FP).
