FYI - We flew DUB-AMS in N and did get the 500 mile minimum (plus elite bonus) - was expecting 125 (after application of the 25% multiplier). Apparently the minimum 500 miles is applied *after* the distance and multiplier is calculated.

That doesn't hold true for a multiplier >1, though. If you fly F, on a sub 500 mile flight, the COS is applied to minimum, not the miles flown. The same applies to high Y fares with a COS bonus.

I purchased an EI flight DUB-FCO from the AS website. The $84 fare booked into P class. The hilarious part was that P class isn't listed as an eligible fare class for earning. The CS agent forced posted it, much to my advantage.
