Isn't that the same as Amex offers? Just need to click on the C1 offer to enroll your card in that offer and then you just use it like you would normally do on Hilton site.
Same as the Chase CC offers. You just have to enroll on their site and use them as stated (in person or online), there is nothing about redeeming the offers via C1 site nor Chase or Amex.
