FQTS is little more than an OSI.

Amadeus does also have keyword fields, that each airline customer can customise, that work a lot like SSRs. I think SQ may have an FQTS keyword. BA does not.

LY used to have an FQTC keyword, for TCP/linking PNRs where one member had a higher status (I don't know if they still use this). BA does not.

FQTV - this member is travelling on this booking (validated against a central database where possible for name match/status)
FQTS - an FYI that some other status might apply (not validated)
FQTR - this booking was made using points from this account (this entry didn't actually deduct the points, BA used it more to identify redemption bookings and inhibit any Avios earning)
FQTU - this booking was upgraded using points from this account (BA didn't use this one in my time)

Now what BA's Amadeus does allow, but can only be done by an agent (not online), is for an FQTV to be added to ALL flights - or only specific ones. You can ask BA to add an RJ number outbound and BA back, or AA on a shorthaul and QR oneway longhaul, and BA longhaul back, etc. At least, agents were able to do it in my time, as I was involved in the design of the pop-up for this function that allowed it.
