Does anyone have a template, or the key words I need to include in my request for a partial refund due to a cancellation and downgrade in class of service because of the rerouting? I was originally in paid F for both my flights, but got downgraded on the first flight to economy because F was full. Connecting flight thankfully still had F available to rebook into. Should I expect the refund to be issued as an eCredit, or will they refund back to my credit card?
