Same here. I always battle through to the desktop setup.
Point is, Delta seems to be doing their best to ignore that this tool exists and would get a
lot of people out of bad spots.

FlyBitcoin 's point - yeah, that's a real problem. It's not insanely common, but it's a real problem. Part of the issue is that since you
can know if the space is available at booking time, if you book into a flight on the basis of RUC/GUC space I'm hard-pressed to see that in the same light as "Oh noes, your F upgrade went poof because of a cancellation!"
